Conferences are specialized events, which require specific resources depending on their theme and objectives. Scientific or business conferences – for their successful organization a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and strict planning are required.

For the separation of the technology company HP into two different brands – HP Inc. and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, our task was to organize and conduct the first branded key partner conference in Bulgaria. With this event, we aimed to implement the new Hewlett-Packard Enterprise brand on the market and to establish a network of key strategic partners and media.

We organized and managed the “Ideas IT” Conference in Sofia with an ongoing strong media campaign to attract the attention of partners and media. For the event, we created specialized interactive areas and implemented creative approaches to engage with the HPE Bulgaria key partners and guests. We built special demo zones to demonstrate how the technology works for the business.

As a result, the “Ideas IT” conference had great success and became the IT Event of 2016 with high specialized media coverage in targeted media. We achieved strong brand visibility and a very high satisfaction level among all partners and media.
