Team building

We can assist you not only with the teambuilding planning, so that literally everyone can focus on having fun, but we can also help your team work as cohesively as possible.

Team-building events don’t plan themselves. Too often, the person responsible for planning events ends up missing out on the events. He/She is running around making sure everything goes smoothly, explaining rules or sitting quietly in a corner, exhausted from weeks of planning. We can make for you not only the teambuilding planning, so that literally everyone can focus on having fun, but far more! We leverage expertise, research, and experience toward the goal of helping your team work as cohesively as possible like we did for one of the teams of our clients.

Hewlett-Packard Global Delivery Center was set up in 2005 and is the largest IT outsourcing, managed services, and customer support center in the country that delivers high-quality, high-value-added consulting and support services to global customers of Hewlett Packard Enterprise worldwide. The Company works at the intersection of business and technology to help customers improve their efficiency and create sustainable value for their stakeholders.

As our client since the beginning on project basis, HPE assigns us a variety of marketing tasks. One of them is the organization of a teambuilding for the Account Delivery Team for Germany and Central and Eastern Europe who is responsible for serving customers of all sizes - from small and medium to large organizations, whose brands each of us knows well. These customers have a contract with HPE to maintain and service all or part of the IT infrastructure, which can include everything from servers and production lines to end-user laptops. Most of the team members are Germans with couple of Indian, Turkish, French and Bulgarian representatives and often they cannot stop talk about their work. Two of the team members are retiring thus the topic for the teambuilding came naturally.

We live in a world where experience are valued more than ever before. It’s not a shock that experiential marketing is booming – people want to feel a part of the experience so we took leverage into our event entertainment. We started with the concept for a memorable farewell to point out that bidding goodbye is hard, but let’s make this one happy and memorable. We created a remarkable Night of Retro Photography & Fashion Show to offer all team members an everlasting shared memory. Vintage theme as a fun retrospective is a mind-blowing activity to get people to know a little more about each other and most importantly to have fun all together.

Entertainment can be expensive, so we keep an eye on the budget all the time. We look for a place that could offer an additional supporting entertainment so that we can avoid any surprised to our budget. Selecting the location came naturally, as we needed a place with positive energy that could offer unique experience and could be easily implemented as part of the program and one-of-a-kind experience for everyone.  In one of the most beautiful Bulgarian mountains - Vitosha, not far from Sofia is the restaurant-garden Vodenitsata (The Watermill). The ideal combination of beautiful nature, stone masonry and wood, coziness created among fresh flowers in the yard of an old mill, rich ethnographic collection, excellent national cuisine and high level service, make the Mill one of the pearls of modern Bulgarian tourism.

Most importantly the location offers as a special attraction the recreation of a national ritual – nestinarstvo. Nestinarstvo is a traditional barefoot fire-walking ritual with ecstatic dance performed in some villages in Southern Bulgaria. The communities which celebrate this ritual are descended from refugees who entered Greece from Eastern Thrace following the Balkan Wars of 1911–12. This unique annual ritual cycle is blessed by Saint Constantine and Saint Helen. The performers carry the icons of saints Constantine and Helen, dance ecstatically for hours before entering the fire and walking barefoot over the glowing-red coals, unharmed by the fire. In 2009, the ritual was entered in the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage Lists and the National Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage "Living Human Treasures - Bulgaria".

With a special entertainment program we delivered an experience that the attendees will never forget. With an amazing speaker and a hit entertainment we won the hearts of the team members and kept them talking about the event well after it was over. Furthermore, we added value to the farewell that the team members appreciated highly. All the time we have our photographer to capture the funniest and best moments to remember.
